This directory contains the SARS draft genome assembly based
on sequence deposited into GenBank as of 14 April 2003
(SARS coronavirus, TOR2 isolate). 

Files included in this directory:

SARS.fa.zip - The assembly sequence in one file.

otherSARS.fa.zip - Partial or complete sequences of other SARS genomes 
                   deposited in GenBank as of 25 April 2003, aligned 
                   in the "Other SARS" genome browser track.  

viralProt.fa.zip - SwissProt proteins with organism=coronavirus as of 
                   16 April 2003, aligned in the "Coronavirus Proteins"
                   genome browser track.  

viralany.fa.zip - GenBank phage and viral sequences, downloaded 
                  30 April 2003, aligned in the "Viral mRNAs" track.

files via our website. To do so, ftp to hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu, then 
go to the directory goldenPath/scApr2003/bigZips. To download multiple

    mget -a (to download all the files in the directory)
