This directory contain blastz alignments of the
Feb. 2003 mouse assembly (mm3) vs. other organisms.  
There is a vsXXX directory for each other organism.  
vsRn2 contains mouse/rat alignments and vsHg15 contains
mouse/human alignments.

file in the subdirectory for each organism.
