This directory contains zipped "humor" multiple alignments 
of the Feb. 2003 (mm3) mouse assembly and the Jun. 2003 (rn3) 
rat assembly to the Apr. 2003 (hg15) human genome. The humor 
program is a special version of multiz.

via our website. To do so, ftp to hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu, then go to 
the directory goldenPath/hg15/humor/. To download multiple 
files, use the "mget" command:

    mget -a (to download all the files in the directory) 

All the tables in this directory are freely available for public use.
